Congratulations to Charlotte Bythwood, Christophe's Culinary Challenge Winner!
There were many innovative and fantastic ideas, and the decision was hard to make.
Charlotte Bythwood, a senior at South Forsyth High School, won with her innovative idea, Power Shots. Bythwood gathered her idea since December, when the challenge was given, and came up with Power Shots. During this time, Bythwood came up with her idea and what she would use to make it, a target audience, and how it should be marketed. She was then chosen based off her submission along with two other teams and their creations. The students then presented their findings and innovative ideas in front of the judges. In the end, the Power Shots and powerful presentation won over the judges.
Power Shots, are ball shaped edibles that are packed with protein and energy to enable athletes and anyone who just needs to fuel up. The idea came up during one of Bythwood’s volleyball tournaments, where a mother had a similar homemade product for the athletes to enjoy and rejuvenate them. These tasty power packed energy balls have come to fruition with two different flavors. Made at Christophe’s kitchen with Charlotte Bythwood, we present to you the Peanut Butter Hazelnut Crunch and the Cranberry White Chocolate Power Shots.
You can get these new products and support Georgia’s own Charlotte Bythwood on the new menu along with this week's featured dishes the St. Louis Ribs and Hawaiian Pork Ribs.
Congratulations Charlotte for a superb performance for the Culinary Challenge and we at Christophe’s are happy to be a part of your endeavors.
